Life's constraint, why Laminate, Vinyl and/or tiles

Sometimes in life we rush through things, most of the time its due to time constraints, but with our current lifestyle and career, monetary or simply put, budget is the main agenda.

We all want the best of the best, the problem is are we able to afford it? Time and time again we have to sacrifice bits and pieces in order to make do with our already tight budget. However, sometimes its the nuts and bolts, the basic groundwork, the fundamental which is sacrificed.

My question to you is, are you willing to repave your floor 3 years later? Some might be renovating their homes with the sole purpose of renting it out, while others intend to live a huge chunk of their lives in that place, a place they would call home sweet home. Regardless the purpose, flooring job is the fundamental of a home sweet home.

Why not tiles? It last twice as long, durable and affordable. My answer is RHEUMATISM.

Why not Vinyl? Its definitely more durable and cheap! My answer, why use something made for commercial use at home? Tried walking on vinyl then laminate in a stride? Or better yet, try sitting or just stand on each for 5 minutes, just try this simple experiment and you'll know why its meant for commercial.

A lot people are asking why still Laminate? It last 3-5 years and troublesome to maintain. My answer, thats because of what you are paying for, cheap things not good and good things not cheap. Just pay a little more (5-10%) and you'll be able to enjoy our double laminate technology. If you have the future in mind, you can try our waterproof laminate flooring, it is not Vinyl, but a real waterproof and termite-proof laminate flooring. No more worries on spills and mops, no more pesky termite headaches, best of all, no more fear of inferior quality product.

These are just some points to ponder, how should we utilize a budget properly and efficiently. The key to victory lies in its basics.
